ReadFun 由个人开发者 Yongmei Wu 运营，所在地为中国大陆。 隐私问题、个人信息请求和一般支持请联系 readfunapp@gmail.com。
2. 我们处理的信息
2.1 账户与登录信息
当您通过邮箱、Google 或 Apple 登录时，我们会处理用户 ID、邮箱地址、显示名称、 头像地址、登录提供方以及维持认证所需的信息，用于创建账户、验证身份和保持登录状态。 ReadFun 不会读取您的第三方账户密码。
2.2 购买与订阅信息
Apple 处理付款。ReadFun 和 RevenueCat 会处理 ReadFun 用户 ID、产品标识、套餐、 购买状态、到期时间和沙盒状态，用于开通权益、恢复购买和处理订阅问题。 ReadFun 不获取您的完整银行卡号。
2.3 翻译内容
- 离线翻译在设备上通过 Google ML Kit 模型完成。
- 仅当您主动选择在线翻译时，所选文本和目标语言会经 ReadFun 服务发送给百度翻译。
- 仅当您主动选择 AI 翻译或分析时，所选文本、必要的相邻句子上下文和目标语言会经 ReadFun 服务发送给 DeepSeek。
ReadFun 的业务数据库不保存这些原文、上下文或翻译结果。数据库只保存额度控制和 故障排查所需的元数据，例如用户 ID、请求 ID、时间、字符数或 token 数、套餐、 处理状态及错误类别。
2.4 本地阅读数据
您导入的 EPUB、封面、阅读位置、单词或句子笔记以及离线翻译模型保存在设备上的 ReadFun 工作区。当前版本不把这些本地书籍和笔记作为账户数据上传。卸载应用、 清除应用数据或设备损坏可能导致这些内容丢失。
2.5 SDK 诊断和使用数据
ReadFun 使用 Google ML Kit、RevenueCat、Kingfisher 等 SDK 提供离线翻译、 订阅和图片加载。根据这些 SDK 随应用提供的 Apple 隐私清单，它们可能处理设备标识、 产品交互、性能和其他诊断数据，用于应用功能和分析。ReadFun 不使用这些信息进行广告 投放或跨应用追踪。
3. 处理目的
- 创建、认证和维护账户；
- 提供 EPUB 阅读、翻译、笔记和语言设置；
- 处理订阅、恢复购买、计算权益和使用额度；
- 防止滥用、保障服务安全并排查技术故障；
- 履行适用的法律、税务、审计和监管义务。
ReadFun 不出售个人信息，不投放基于跨应用追踪的广告，也不进行 Apple App Tracking Transparency 所定义的追踪。

为提供服务，信息可能在您所在国家或地区之外处理。ReadFun 的主要 Supabase 后端区域 位于澳大利亚；RevenueCat 等服务商可能在美国或其服务设施所在地区处理数据；百度和 DeepSeek 可能在中国处理翻译请求。各服务商也受其自身隐私政策约束：
5. 保留期限
- 账户和订阅权益数据：保留至账户删除，法律要求继续保存的记录除外。
- 翻译额度与请求元数据：最多保留 180 天，之后由自动清理任务删除。
- 设备上的本地阅读数据：保留至您在 ReadFun 中删除、卸载应用或清除应用数据。
- 购买、税务和安全记录：在 Apple、服务商或适用法律要求的期限内保留。
6. 账户删除与订阅
您可以在 ReadFun 内依次打开“账号 → 个人信息 → 注销账户”，删除账户及其关联的 线上数据。删除不可撤销。您也可以发送邮件至 readfunapp@gmail.com 请求协助。
注销 ReadFun 账户不会自动取消 App Store 订阅。如不希望继续续费，请另行在 Apple 的订阅设置中取消。仅存储在设备上的书籍和笔记不会作为线上账户数据上传；您可在 ReadFun 中逐项删除，或通过卸载应用清除应用容器。
7. 您的选择与权利
在适用法律范围内，您可以请求访问、更正、删除、限制处理或获取您的个人信息副本。 您可以不使用在线或 AI 翻译，从而不向相应翻译服务提交文本。请通过 readfunapp@gmail.com 联系我们；为保护账户，我们可能需要验证您的身份。
8. 儿童隐私
ReadFun 不是专门面向儿童设计的服务。未达到所在地区独立同意个人信息处理年龄的 用户应在监护人指导下使用。如您认为儿童在未取得必要监护人同意的情况下提供了 个人信息，请联系我们。
9. 安全
我们采用传输加密、权限控制、密钥隔离和最小化日志等措施保护信息。互联网传输和 电子存储无法保证绝对安全；如发生依法需要通知的事件，我们会按适用要求处理。
10. 政策更新
如本政策发生重大变化，我们会通过应用内提示、本页面或其他适当方式告知您，并更新 “最近更新”日期。法律要求时，我们会重新取得同意。
ReadFun Privacy Policy
1. Operator and contact
ReadFun is operated by the individual developer Yongmei Wu, located in China mainland. For privacy questions, personal-data requests, or support, contact readfunapp@gmail.com.
2. Information we process
Account and sign-in
When you sign in with email, Google, or Apple, we process a user ID, email address, display name, avatar URL, sign-in provider, and authentication information needed to create and secure the account. ReadFun does not read your third-party account password.
Purchases and subscriptions
Apple processes payments. ReadFun and RevenueCat process your ReadFun user ID, product identifier, plan, purchase status, expiration, and sandbox status to activate entitlements, restore purchases, and resolve subscription issues. ReadFun does not receive your full payment-card number.
Translation content
- Offline translation is performed by Google ML Kit on the device.
- When you choose online translation, selected text and the target language are sent through ReadFun to Baidu Translate.
- When you choose AI translation or analysis, selected text, necessary neighboring-sentence context, and the target language are sent through ReadFun to DeepSeek.
ReadFun's application database does not store that source text, context, or the returned translation. It stores quota and troubleshooting metadata such as user ID, request ID, time, character or token count, plan, status, and error category.
Local reading data
Imported EPUBs, covers, reading positions, word or sentence notes, and offline models are stored in ReadFun's workspace on your device. The current version does not upload those local books and notes as account data.
SDK diagnostics
ReadFun uses SDKs including Google ML Kit, RevenueCat, and Kingfisher for offline translation, subscriptions, and image loading. According to their Apple privacy manifests, these SDKs may process device identifiers, product interaction, performance, and other diagnostics for app functionality and analytics. ReadFun does not use this information for advertising or cross-app tracking.
3. Purposes
We process information to maintain accounts, provide reading and translation, manage subscriptions and quotas, secure and troubleshoot the service, and meet applicable legal obligations. We do not sell personal information or track users across apps or websites for advertising.
4. Providers and international processing
ReadFun uses Apple, Google, Supabase, RevenueCat, Baidu Translate, and DeepSeek for the functions described above. Information may be processed outside your country. ReadFun's primary Supabase backend region is in Australia; RevenueCat may process data in the United States or other service locations; Baidu and DeepSeek may process translation requests in China. 5. Retention
- Account and entitlement data: until account deletion, except records that must be retained by law.
- Translation quota and request metadata: up to 180 days, after which an automated job deletes it.
- Local reading data: until you delete it, remove ReadFun, or clear the app's data.
- Purchase, tax, and security records: for the period required by Apple, a service provider, or applicable law.
6. Account deletion and subscriptions
In ReadFun, open Account → Personal info → Delete account to permanently delete the account and associated online data. You may also request help at readfunapp@gmail.com.
Deleting a ReadFun account does not cancel an App Store subscription. Manage it separately in Apple's subscription settings. Books and notes stored only on the device are not uploaded as account data.
7. Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of your information. You can avoid sending text to online providers by not selecting online or AI translation. Contact readfunapp@gmail.com. We may verify your identity to protect the account.
8. Children
ReadFun is not specifically designed for children. Users who are below the age at which they may independently consent to personal data processing in their region should use ReadFun with a parent or guardian.
9. Security
We use safeguards including encryption in transit, access controls, secret isolation, and data-minimized logs. No transmission or storage system is completely secure.
10. Changes
If this policy changes materially, we will provide notice in the app, on this page, or by another appropriate method and update the “Last updated” date.
